These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RxLyte website (rxlyte.com) and all related pharmacy services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a U.S. state where RxLyte is licensed to dispense medications. You must have a valid prescription from a licensed U.S. healthcare provider for all prescription medications.
2. Pharmacy Services
RxLyte provides licensed pharmacy dispensing services. All prescriptions are reviewed by licensed pharmacists before dispensing. We reserve the right to decline any prescription that does not meet our clinical standards or applicable law.
3. Prescription Requirements
All prescriptions must be valid, unexpired, and issued by a licensed U.S. healthcare provider. Falsifying prescriptions or providing fraudulent information is a felony. RxLyte reports suspected fraud to state and federal authorities.
4. Payment
Prices are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA/FSA cards, and PayPal. All transactions are final unless an error occurred on our part.
5. Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. RxLyte is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or acts of God. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.
6. Returns & Refunds
For patient safety, dispensed medications cannot be returned. Refunds are issued only for unfulfilled orders or our dispensing errors. See our Return Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
RxLyte's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Louisville, KY.
