Packaging & Discretion

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No pharmacy name or medication details are visible on the outside of the package. Your privacy is our priority.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier is assigned based on destination and delivery option selected. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).

Temperature-Sensitive Medications

Medications requiring refrigeration (e.g., insulin) ship with cold packs in insulated packaging. These are shipped Monday–Wednesday only to prevent weekend carrier delays. Express shipping required for refrigerated items.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and reship at no charge if the issue is confirmed. Call 1-800-759-5983 or email shipping@rxlyte.com.
